Terms & Conditions

Please find Terms & Conditions for our holiday accommodations below. Please note the extra T&Cs for the campsite at the end, in addition to the main T&Cs.

By booking with us, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions as stated below.

Bookings

Bookings made by other third party booking companies may be under their own booking terms, but will still be subject to our terms and conditions as described below.

Bookings are only valid once we have confirmed your reservation and received the agreed payment or deposit. Should the payment not be received according to our payment instructions within 3 days of your booking, we shall be entitled to cancel your reservation and re-let the accommodation.

Payments

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. After 3 days of your booking, if this payment is not received the booking will be cancelled and the dates will be released.

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. This can be paid earlier if preferred. Should your booking be less than 6 weeks away at time of booking, the full amount will be required at time of booking.

Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of £200 must be paid at least 1 week prior to your arrival date. This will be refunded in full within 3 days of your departure, (less any costs for breakages, damages, etc, if applicable).

Prices

Prices shown include electricity (for some accommodations), water, Wifi (for some accommodations), hot tub use (Barnaby’s Barn only), linen and bath towels (excluding camping. Towels for hot tub use not provided). Whilst the prior-mentioned services are included in the price with no extra charge, this must not be abused. Additional charges may be made at our discretion. Please note there is no charging of Electric Vehicles.

Cancellations or Changes to your Booking

To cancel or amend your booking, please contact us on 01994 484631 or trenoeth@hotmail.co.uk. We take no responsibility for emails or calls not being received, so please contact us again if you do not get a response.

Cancellations made 6 weeks or more from your arrival date will be refunded in full, except for a cancellation admin fee of £25.

You can change your booking if 6 weeks or more from your arrival date. Be aware that this is subject to availability and note that when you pick your next dates there may be an increase or decrease in charge depending on when you want to come. The new date must be within 12 months of your original booking date.

For cancellations or changes made with less than 6 weeks until your arrival date, the full amount will be retained unless we can re-let. We will try to re-let the accommodation, and will only charge for losses arising from the cancellation, up to the full value of the original booking.

In the event of a government enforced lockdown, you may defer your holiday, subject to availability and price changes.

We strongly advise that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover your stay. Unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, accidents, adverse weather and events outside the control of the owner, such as failure of public utilities, are not subject to refund or compensation.

Bookings through any of our agents or third party booking platforms are subject to their own cancellation conditions.

Owner Cancellation

Should we need to close any of our holiday accommodations prior to your arrival, we will offer an alternative date, a credit note or full refund. Should this occur part-way through your stay, the payment would only cover your remaining days. We will not be liable for any costs whatsoever arising from the cancellation of your stay. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to mitigate this risk to you.
