Barnaby’s Barn is a unique barn conversion with hot tub, hidden away on a smallholding in the heart of the rolling Carmarthenshire hills in South West Wales. It has been restored to a impressively high standard, with large vaulted ceilings, mezzanine floor, underfloor heating & large living areas. It really has the wow factor.
Outside you will find a luxurious hot tub (please bring own towels for hot tub), an undercover pool table, darts board, basketball net & mini football field. You can also meet the chickens, sheep & pigs. Make the most of the stunning location; wander to the wildlife pond, walk the nature trails & through the woods, or relax by the stream.

Minimum 2 night stay based on 4 people and 1 dog (additional dog charged at £5 per night)
Peak (Apr-Oct 24) £175 per night (wkday) and £185 (wkend).
Off peak (Jan-Mar & Nov-Dec 24) excluding Xmas & New year.
£165 per nt (wkday) £170 (wkend)
Additional guests are charged at £10 per night per person.
10% Discounts for stays of a week plus.
More About the Holiday Cottage
The Mezzanine bedroom overlooks the dining area, with king-size bed, chaise lounge & storage (a cotbed can be provided & used in this space). The Downstairs bedroom can have either 2 single beds or one superking bed. The Living area has plenty of seating options. A double sofa bed is also provided should you have that extra teenager or guest.
Until 2023, Barnaby’s Barn was our sheep barn & was named after one of our favourite sheep! It is located in a hidden valley spot in a rural location. Guests should stock up before they arrive, as shops, etc, are a short drive away.
If guests would like hampers with essentials, this can be arranged for costs plus a small fee. Please contact us about this a few days before your arrival.
